1. By applying to this contest, you are allowing the team of Be Star Studio to upload the images sent by you on their website and social media handles.

2. By applying to this contest you have to abide by the decision made by the jury panel of Be Star Studio.

3. By applying to this contest, you will not claim any right on the reward/recognition/benefits that Be Star Studio gains from the photos published.

4. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

5. Trophy depicted in ad can be changed, it depends upon the availability.

6. On receiving the prize via courier, make sure you made a unboxing video. 

7. Please provide correct shipping address and contact details for receiving of prize. If a courier returns back to us for any reason, we will not ship it again.

8. The courts of Jaipur have the jurisdiction over all disputes.

9. Deadlines are determined by the number of entries.

10. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event. In the event of any dispute, the organizer decisions are final and binding on the applicant. The organisers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the event.

11. I understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
