BE STAR MISS & MRS INDIA 2021

  1. As applicant, I agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers. Its my duty to check website regularly.
  2. The applicant should be a natural born female, an Indian born, NRI & be good in health.
  3. The applicant should be married, can be divorced or widowed with or without children while participating in MRS category and unmarried while participating in MISS category.
  4. The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
  5. The auditions, regional rounds, State level, Zone level expenses & Grand Finale (Travel & Stay) including grooming & training will have to be borne by the participant.
  6. I understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
  7. The schedule of events and rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
  8. I understand by registering to this event I give permission to Be Star Studio and Bestar Beauty Pageant to use my name, my images, my videos, likeliness and title to use for promotion.
  9. All fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.
  10. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event. In the event of any dispute, the organizer decisions are final and binding on the applicant. The organisers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the event.
  11. The courts of Jaipur have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
  12. Deadlines are determined by the number of entries. The decision of the Jury/Judges are final.
  13. All the participants will have to abide by the decisions of respected judges.
  14. The participant should not give/provide any incorrect or false information that can lead to disqualification of the candidate from the contest.
  15. In case of less number of contestants at a particular audition location, the audition will be held online.
  16. All the above mentioned policies, terms and conditions, rules and regulations can be amended depending upon the situations.
